By the seat of my pants, I decided to do my long run today on the heels of a solid Tempo Run. Tired legs and all…. and what shoulda been an LSD… instead it turned into a quicker run and left me drained. I can’t help myself… always racing every time I lace them up. At the end of it all… completely fatigued… this tune celebrating every happy ache in my body… I’m settled down in a comfortable and calming numbness.
Done… til I lace them up again.
